GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following common order: The petitioner filed the W.P.No.34192 of 2014 to declare the action of respondents in not approving the petitioner's appointment as Record Assistant in the 5th respondent school as per the orders in W.P.No.14336 of 2005 dated 05.07.2005, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The petitioner filed the W.P.No.10030 of 2018 to declare the action of respondents in not releasing and paying the entire arrears of salary as per the proceedings Rc.No.3314/C2/2016 dated 14.07.2017 of the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 4 3. An interim order was passed in W.P.No.34192 of 2014 on 27.11.2014, the operative portion reads as follows: “Having regard to the facts and circumstances brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed to pass salary including arrears of salary, which became due to the paid, to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.” 4. These writ petitions were listed on 30.08.2025; there was no representation for the petitioner. 5. Sri G.Ramachandar Rao, learned Government Pleader, on instructions of District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore District, would submit that in pursuance of the order dated 27.11.2014, the entire amount has been credited to the petitioner. 6. Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.08.2025, the writ petitions were directed to be listed today under the caption „for dismissal‟. 7. Accordingly, the writ petitions are listed in the caption of dismissal. Despite listing the writ petitions in the dismissal caption, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting these writ petitions. 8. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
