Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ancestors of the petitioner purchased the land to an extent of situated at Survey Nos.9-3, 4 (Old Sy.No.251-A & of Kothavalasa Village, Kothavalasa Mandal on 21.04.1962. Ac.2.22 cents 252-B) Since then, the father of the petitioner and the petitioner are peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property.
