The prayer in the petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 -Tahasildar to issue Saguvali chit in favour of the petitioners pursuant to the order of regularization of unauthorised occupation passed by the Committee at Annexure-E. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39195 WP No. 29291 of 2025 3. Learned counsel submits that Annexure-E is the list of persons/applicants in whose favour the Committee passed orders of regularization and the name of the petitioner is found at Serial No.2 and an extent of land measuring 4 acres in Sy.No.11 of Layadasarahalli Village, Javagondanahalli Hobli, Hiriyur Taluk, Chittradurga District, regularised in favour of the petitioner. Saguvali chit was not issued in favour of the petitioner. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 – Tahasildar, Hiriyur Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner at Annexure-D dated 11.03.2025, verify the records and find out whether Smt.Yashodamma W/o Late Dasanna was indeed granted the petitioner shchedule land measuring 4 acres in Sy.No.11. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of Smt.Yashodamma, the Tahasildar shall proceed to collect kimmath from the petitioner and subsequently pass necessary orders issuing Saguvali chit and enter her name - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39195 WP No. 29291 of 2025 in the land records pursuant to the issuance of the Saguvali chit in accordance with Law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
