JUSTICE V.SUJATHA WRIT PETITION No.26468 of 2024 ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “….to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the payments for the works i.e. Providing Irrigation facilities to Kosigi farmers through existing Puhkanuma L.I. Scheme to Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District through the Agreement No. SE/IC/KNL/11 /2022-2023 dated 06-01-2023 for an amount of Rs. 3,65,94,247/ as illegal arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to release Rs. 3,65,94,247/ for the pending bills forthwith for the above said works executed by the petitioners and pass…” 2. Today when the writ petition came up for hearing, Mr. K. Rambabu, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that as the amounts payable to the petitioners have already been paid pending the writ petition, no further orders are required in the writ petition. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
