And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Brijendra Mishra,Praveen Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Harshit Pandey Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner was an employee of Health Department, U.P. at Kanpur Nagar Nigam. She retired in the year 2023. According to her various entitlements including Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) benefits, group insurance and arrears which has not been disbursed. She has made a representation in this regard but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Brijendra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents submit that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority in light of applicable provisions of law in the first instance. However, they fairly contend that service benefit/claim is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In wake of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent authority shall decide the representation of the petitioner regarding grant of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.), group insurance and other benefits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of. Order Date :- 7.5.2025 Vandit Digitally signed by :- VANDIT AGRAWAL High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
