JUSTICE R. NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioners have sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of the Dispute No.DRM/CASE/C-7/SECTION-70/06/2024-25. 2. It appears that the petitioners had raised a dispute before the respondent No.2 under Section 70 of the Karnataka - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32849 WP No. 21693 of 2025 Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, in November 2024. It is the claim of the petitioners that the proceedings are not conducted by the respondent No.2, regularly leading to delay. Therefore, he prays that a direction be issued to the respondent No.2 to dispose of the proceedings before him. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that due to various administrative reasons, the dispute raised by the petitioners could not be taken up for consideration. He therefore prays that if reasonable time is granted, the respondent No.2 shall consider and dispose of the dispute in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed off.
