Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that upon receipt of the complaint from the Petitioner, respondent Police registered the same as a case in Crime No.143 of 2021 of II Town Police Station, Proddutur against the unofficial respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 4654 and 468 read with 34 IPC and conducted investigation and would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
