GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not conducting investigation in FIR No.368 / 2019 on the file of Pattabhipuram Police Station as procedure contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code as illegal, arbitrary, obligation of statutory duty cast on him and violative of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and 2 consequently direct the 4th respondent to complete the investigation and file final report / charge sheet in FIR No.368 / 2019 on the file of Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, Police conducted investigation in Crime No.368 of 2019 on the file of the Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur, however no useful information has been received to trace out the probable offenders to detect the case. Hence, the Police referred the same as ‘Un Detectable’ vide C.No.35/C1-DCRB/REF-UN/2022, dated 28.09.2022. Therefore, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Daggubati Ramaswamy Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. If any information is submitted by the Petitioner, the Police are directed to look into the same and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
