It is the contention of the petitioner that when online application for phodi and durast was made by the petitioner, the computer has generated information that there is mismatch in the RTC and therefore, the application is not accepted online. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been informed that there is a mismatch between the RTC and Akarbandh and therefore, the petitioner will have to approach the Assistant Commissioner, Pandavapura, to rectify the mistake. If such is the information given to the petitioner, this Court cannot direct the Tahsildar to accept the application for phodi without rectifying the mistake. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Assistant Commissioner, Pandavapura Taluk and get the mistake rectified in accordance with law. If such application/petition/appeal is filed by the petitioner, the Assistant Commissioner shall pass necessary orders after issuing notice to all concerned, as expeditiously as - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35837 WP No. 27069 of 2025 possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date when which the application is filed.
