This petition is preferred against orders dated 30.09.2022 and 06.02.2023. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the order of dated 30/09/2022 (ANNEXURE-P/1)so far as it relates to petitioner issued by the respondent no. 1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from his present place of posting Government Higher Secondary School, Datrenga, Block- Dharsiva, District- Raipur to Government Higher Secondary School, Bitkuli, Block- Bhatapara, District-Baloda-Bazar- Bhatapara. 10.2.That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate nature of writ to quash /set aside the recommendation /order dated 06/02/2023 passed by respondent no.03 (Annexure P/5). 10.3 this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work in his present place of posting i.e. Government Higher Secondary School, Datrenga, Block- Dharsiva, District- Raipur. 3 10.4 That, Any other relief(s) may also be given to the petitioner, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Vide order dated 21.02.2023 the petitioner was granted stay and the impugned transfer order dated 30.09.2022 was stayed by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 30.09.2022 and 06.02.2023 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
