The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 20.01.2025 and in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has cooperated with the Investigating Officer. Page No.# 2/2 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in the meanwhile the charge-sheet has been laid bearing Charge- sheet No. 59/2024 dated 31.12.2024. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fact that the charge-sheet has already been laid, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 20.01.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1, 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
