Ojha, learned counsel for the State is present. 3. This is second bail application. The first bail application being Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 37685 of 2021 (Pola @ Ravi Kishan @ Mohan Lal Vs. State of U.P. and another) was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2022. 4. The records show that even previously on 10.02.2025, there was no representation from the side of the applicant and even from the side of the opposite party no.3/panel lawyer of High Court Legal Services Committee but in the interest of justice as a last opportunity the matter was matter and it was made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right and the following order was passed: "1. List revised. 2. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application, despite the fact that there are two learned counsels appearing in the matter. 3. Ms. Manisha Chaturvedi, Panel Lawyer of High Court Legal Service Committee / opposite party no. 3 is also not present. 4. Sri V.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the State is present. 5. Since, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, even in the revised list, in the interest of justice, as a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned for today. 6. Let the matter be listed on 18.03.2025. 7. It is made clear that on the next date matter will not be adjourned as a matter of right." 5. Today again despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant or from the side of the opposite party no.3 to press this bail application. 6. The incident is of the year 2021. It is more than four years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant has lost interest in the matter. 7.
