This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking a direction upon respondent no.2/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-IV, District Kanpur Nagar to expedite the hearing of Case No.200 of 2025 (CNR No.UPKN040012002025), (Filing Number-1198/2025) and decide the same within the time framed by this Court. 3. Upon a perusal of the record, it appears that the hearing of the aforesaid case has been delayed and the progress has been tardy. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-IV, District Kanpur Nagar is directed to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. It is made clear that the court concerned will not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and if it is granted, the court concerned should impose costs for the same. 5.
