Record reveals that the instant petition was listed before this Court way back on 31.07.2013 on which date, notice was issued and the instant petition has come up before this Court after twelve years. 02. Today also, when the instant petition was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even otherwise, the relief which has been claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage who were initially engaged on academic arrangement and subsequently on contractual basis which period is over. 03. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 04. It clearly shows that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute the petition any further. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 05. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
