This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to Issue an order or orders or direction or an appropriate writ more particularly one in nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly Respondent Nos.5 and 6 direct them to vacate petitioner schedule and pass such.”
2. Heard Sri Kumpati Rajguru, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home brought to the notice of this Court that the prayer in the present petition is against the private individual seeking eviction of the property and therefore, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. 4. In that view, as rightly pointed out by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
