Pavan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Finance dated 14.10.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Writ Petitioner is claiming a gross amount of Rs,33,34,493/- whereas the gross amount indicated in the Written Instructions is Rs.32,57,131/- and that the Writ Petitioner is entitled to a net amount of Rs.29,45,246/-. 4. On instructions, learned Counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner admitted that the net amount payable to him is Rs.29,45,246/- as indicated in the Written Instructions. 3 5. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merit, with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of this Court and transfer the due amount (Rs.29,45,246/-) into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within four weeks from today, for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
