The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2025.12.19 18:59:38 +0530 2 the Constitution of India wherein it has been prayed for following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to make investigation regarding the case of petitioner and give selection as per information provided by respondent No. 6 in selection list issue by him. 10.3 Any other relief may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. The record of the case shows that the selection process was initiated in the year 2008-09 on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III by the respondents No. 6 and 7 and accordingly, respondent No. 8 has already been appointed. 3. The writ petition has been filed after lapse of about 15 years which is barred by delay and latches, therefore, on this count alone the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly it is dismissed.
