Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending consideration of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioners have received the amount and the same is also endorsed on the bundle. 3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
