Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “a. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned competent court Chhattisgarh State Wakf Board Tribunal Raipur Chhattisgarh to decide expeditious the execution application of the petitioner in compliance of order dated 22.09.2018 passed by the Chhattisgarh State Wakf Board Tribunal Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh in the interest of justice. b. Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for respondents would submit that the execution application filed by petitioner pursuant to the judgment dated 22.09.2018 has already decided vide order dated 02.06.2023. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that in view of submission made by counsel for respondents, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 02.06.2023 before appropriate forum. 4. In view of submission made by counsel for petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
