ORDER:
Aggrieved by the orders of the 3rd respondent dated 17.10.2025, the petitioner approached this Court, wherein the 3rd respondent has entertained the application made by the third parties i.e., respondent Nos.4 and 5 and deleted the entries made in favour of petitioner in the records.
2. On perusal of the Order dated 17.10.2025, it shows that the 3rd respondent has followed the procedure contemplated under the Rules, and the orders have been passed on merits. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition as there is a statutory remedy is available.
3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal as against the orders dated 17.10.2025 within one month and the petitioner also file an application for interim protection along with the appeal and if any such application is filed, the same may be decided as expeditiously as possible. Till the disposal of the interim application, there shall be a direction to maintain status quo with regard to records. As this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5 is dispensed with. There shall be no order as to costs.
