The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 04.09.2024 still pending before him forthwith." 2. The limited argument by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that representation dated 04.09.2024 which is pending before the competent authority / respondent no. 2 may be decided expeditiously. 3. On the last occasion on 7.5.2025, the Court had called instructions from the Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4. In view of the earlier order of the Court, written instruction dated 15.3.2025 has been received by the Standing Counsel from the office of District Inspector of Schools, Shamli and the same is placed before the Court, which is taken on record. 5. I have perused the aforesaid instructions and it is evident that in the representation dated 04.09.2024 given by the petitioner, an inquiry has already been initiated and the same may be completed in near future and thereafter an appropriate order shall be passed on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2024 which is pending before the authority concerned. 6. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid reasons, the competent authority is directed to conclude the aforesaid inquiry/investigation expeditiously and thereafter it is further directed to decide the pending representation dated 04.09.2024 expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six weeks. 7.
