Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- “(i)To direct the respondents and its authorities to consider the case and grant the Compassionate appointment to the petitioner in place of his mother namely Late Smt. Ranjana Murthy, within 45 days. (ii)Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and the cost of the petition may awarded in favour of the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of death of mother of the petitioner, the petitioner has moved an application for compassionate appointment which is pending consideration before the respondent/authorities. 4. Shri Mayank Chandrakar, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents who is the contesting party in this case submits that they will decide the application for grant of compassionate appointment which was filed on 1/10/2024 within a period of two months. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent/authorities to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment within a period of two months.
