2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
“for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing of the order as contained in Memo No.302 dated 15.5.2025, passed by the Sub Divisional officer, Daudnagar (Respondent No.3), whereby Respondent No. 5 has been allowed to install a Jhula Mela/Meena Bazaar on the dry Baran land of plot no. 1049, Khata No.140, Mauja Amjharsharif, Thana No.29,
Patna High Court CWJC No.10527 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 area 26 acre 15 decimal, mentioned as Garmajarua Malik Jheel' in survey khatiyaan since 25.4.2025 to 10.6.2025 & further for quashing of the order as contained in Memo No.360/2025 dated 12.6.25 extending the period of the Jhula Mela/Meena Bazaar till 30.6.2025, on the private land of the petitioner and further for a direction to the respondents not make any encroachment over the private land of the petitioner in future by passing such orders. And also for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner will be entitled in the law as well as in the facts of the case.”

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fact remains that he has lost the case before the Additional Collector as also the Appeal No. 24 of 2024 before the Collector, Aurangabad. The submission is that he has preferred Revision Application before the Commissioner, Gaya which is pending and permission be granted to pursue the said liberty with proper petition.
4. Granting said liberty and without commenting anything on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands

disposed of.
5. Needless to say that if such petition is pending before the Commissioner, Gaya, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion after hearing all the concerned parties at an earliest.
