Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 24/01/2025 1. Heard on I.A. No. 02/2025, which is an application for exemption from filing typed copies of the documents. 2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, I.A. No. 02/2025 is allowed. 3. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned transfer order dated 16.01.2025 (ANNEXURE P-1, Sl. No.24), issued by the Respondent No. 01, whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from the District Office Trade & Industries Center, Jagdalpur District Bastar to District Office, Trade & Industries, Gaurela-Pendra & Marwahi and further be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to discharge his duty at the present place & posting, in 3 the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief this Hon'ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of A.G.-III vide order dated 28.01.2013 and posted at the office of Chief General Manager, District Trade and Industries Center, Jagdalpur District-Bastar. Thereafter the petitioner joined his services on 08.02.2013 since then he is discharging on the said post. Thereafter, the petitioner was promoted on the post of Assistant Manager and posted in the office of District trade and Industries Center, Jagdalpur, District-Bastar and has been transferred from the District Office Trade & Industries Center, Jagdalpur, District-Bastar to District Office, Trade & Industries, Center Gaurela-Pendra & Marwahi. He further submits that he is challenging the transfer order, as such the transfer order is not in accordance with law and requires to be quashed. 5. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to be interfered with. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4 7. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. 8. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer order dated 16.01.2025 is kept in abeyance. 9. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
