SRI VIJAY MATHUKUMILLI 4 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action against the petitioner’s representation dated 21.02.2022 in allotting a part of the petitioner’s land to the 6th respondent in the name of Jagananna Colony Patta without having any right, title possession over the property and without enquiring and granting Jagannanna Colony Patta to the unofficial respondent No.6. 3. The respondent Nos.4 & 6 filed counter affidavit. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 22.11.2025, wherein, it is stated that on physical verification of the land, it discloses that, the 6th respondent has not taken possession of the site granted to her and not constructed any house violating the provisions of grant and as well as the provisions of BSO 21. Hence, the house site patta granted in favour of the 6th respondent to an extent of 0.01½ cents in S.No.183/1 of Ustikayalapenta village is cancelled and restored to the pattadars. 5 4. In view of the subsequent development by way of the said instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.11.2025, nothing survives in this writ petition. However, the liberty is given to the 6th respondent if so aggrieved to assail the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 22.11.2025 as per law, if so advised. The said proceedings of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the court record. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated.
