The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 195(1), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 132, 121(2), 324(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim with a lathi. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners and the petitioners are in custody since 22.04.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41254 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Sirdala P.S.
