In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the Gazette Notification dated 29.05.2019 issued by the first respondent notifying the Karnataka Installation of New Telecommunication Infrastructure Towers Regulations, 2019, as per Annexure-J to the writ petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has filed a memo today stating that the aforesaid Regulations as per - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47244 WP No. 5328 of 2020 Annexure-J was withdrawn by the respondent -State by Notification dated 12.01.2022 and thereby the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. 2. Accordingly, the memo dated 18.11.2025 is accepted and the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
