Case No. 42 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 179, 180, 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of dealing in fake currency as well as foreign currency. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.3.2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
