The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 134/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(1), 115(1), 109(1), 324(5), 324(6), 308(4) & 326(f) of the B.N.S. 2023, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 02.12.2024, Hyva of the informant was set ablaze by four unknown persons near N.H.-22, Bhaisadon, Balumath. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was not put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of C.D.R. report that the mobile phone of the petitioner was found at the place of occurrence and time of offence. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
