The petitioner was working as Data Entry Operator on contract basis under respondent No. 4 from year 2013. A show cause notice was issued to the petitioner vide Annexure P-7 dated 03.12.2021 by respondent No.3, whereby the petitioner was found negligent in discharge of his duties and last opportunity was afforded to the petitioner. The petitioner filed reply to said notice on 23.08.2021. The petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 03.12.2021. 3. Perusal of the record would show that no interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner. Show cause notice was issued way back in the year 2021 and reply was filed. If the employer has not taken any decision with regard to show cause notice dated 03.12.2021, it is directed that a prompt decision be taken by respondent No.3. 4.
