Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “In view of the facts & submissions mentioned above the petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- i) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to admit & allow the writ petition. ii) The Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties by directing the Opp. Parties for sanction & Disbursement of unutilized leave salary as due & admissible in favour of the petitioner keeping in view of the recommendation made by the Opp. Party no.2 & 3 as per letters under Annexure-7 & 8 so also in view of the judgment dtd. 06.03.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 20808 of 2024 under Annexure-11 within a time bound period for the interest of Justice. The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass any order (s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper for the interest of justice. Page 2 of 2. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the request available at Annexure-8 to the writ petition is pending before Opp. Party No. 1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opp. Party No. 1 to take a decision on the above noted request within a specific time period. 5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on the above noted request so available at Annexure-8 taking into account the judgment available under Annexure-11, in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order, if it has not yet been disposed of in the meantime and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is directed to provide a copy of this order along with the judgment available at Annexure- 11 for compliance. 6.
