GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus directing the respondent-2 not registering the FIR basing on the complaint submitted by the petition on dated 23- 12-2023 at 11-11 A.M and the same as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of article 14 and 21 of constitution of India and against to the principles of natural justice and consequentially direct the respondent-2 to register the FIR basing on the complaint submitted by the petitioner on dated 23-12-2023 in the interest of justice.” 2. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the Cyber Crime Police in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
