Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. 2. Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department dated 22.12.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the claim of the Writ Petitioner is admitted to the effect that the Respondents are liable to pay an amount of Rs.57,94,375/- to the Writ Petitioner as full and final settlement. This amount is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. 4. Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, with a direction to all the Respondents including Respondent No.3 to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra- departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period 3 of twenty (20) weeks from today and transfer the said due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within four weeks from today, for effective compliance. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
