None represented for the petitioner. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the money disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.5 and they are not calling the petitioner to the police station, since, no crime has been registered against him. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the money disputes between the parties and further directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against him, except under due process of law.
