Heard Shri Aniket Verma, learned counsel for the appellants. Also heard Shri Praveen Das, Dy. Advocate General for the State/respondents. 2. Heard on I.A. Nos. 01/2025, applications for condonation of delay in 昀椀ling the writ appeal. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the applications, Delay in 昀椀ling the appeals are hereby condoned. 4. Since all the appeals arising out of common order and involves similar facts and grounds, they are being considered and decided by this common order. The present Intra Court appeals have been preferred against the orders dated 5 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 2635/2021, WPS No. 501/2025, WPS No. 517/2025 & WPS No. 484/2025, whereby the writ petitions 昀椀led by the appellants/writ petitioners were dismissed. 5. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that one similar situated petitioner namely Dr. Anil Kumar Tripathi has approached this Court by 昀椀ling writ appeal No 710/2025 against the same impugned order dated 18.02.2025 and the said writ appeal has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2025. Paragraphs 3, 4 & 5 of the order dated 31.10.2025 passed in writ appeal No. 710/2025 are quoted below:- “3. At the very outset, the appellant, appearing in person, submits that in compliance with the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 2610 of 2021 & batch, which is impugned in the present appeal, the State Government has duly considered the issue relating to the regularization of his services. The said claim has been rejected vide order dated 13.10.2025. (A copy of the said order, produced by the appellant in person, is taken on record. 6 4. In view of the above, since the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge has already been complied with and the State Government has passed a speaking order on 13.10.2025, the appellant is at liberty to avail such remedies as may be available to him under law, if so advised. 5. Accordingly, the present writ appeal stands dismissed.” 6. In view of the above, facts and circumstances of the case and particularly considering the fact that the writ appeal preferred by the similarly situated petitioner/appellant has already been dismissed by this Court. 7.
