Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police have received the representation of the petitioner and conducted preliminary enquiry. He would further submit that they have not registered the crime, since the subject matter is civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum.
