Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bhandariya P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, S.T. NO. 339 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa. Daughter of the informant was in live-in relationship with the petitioner. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. On 06.06.2024 at about 8:00 P.M., the daughter of the informant left her house and thereafter, she was found murdered. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner that he might have committed the murder. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Garhwa, in connection with Bhandariya P.S.
