By way of present petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to decide their representation dated 23.04.2025, for redressal of their grievance. 3. In short, it is the case of the petitioners that they are not granted proper payscale. 4. It is also case of the petitioners that a similar issue has already been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.4012 of 2011 (Kamlakar Narayan Barmate and ors. Vs. Chief Engineer and ors.) decided on 12.12.2018, which decision has been affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.(s) 24477 of 2019, decided on 12.02.2025. 5. Be that as it may, the representation dated 23.04.2025 can be directed to be considered by the authority concerned. 6. The petittioners further state that they would prefer a fresh representation before the competent authority. 7. That being so, we direct the respondent-authority to nd.thawre 19 2/2 decide the fresh representation of the petitioners, within a period of 12 weeks from its submission. 8.
