Sujanganj, District Jaunpur pending in Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Court No. 18, Jaunpur and to quash the summoning order dated 30.09.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Court No. 18 Jaunpur. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the further proceedings of complaint case No. 2316 of 2012 Bihari Lal vs. Rama Shanker and another Under Sections 498A I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur pending in Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Court No. 18, Jaunpur during pendency of the present criminal misc. application before this Hon'ble Court, and/or pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 6.3.2017 subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 18.5.2017, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 16.5.2017. 6. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 3.3.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicant(s) to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time, the same is dismissed as such. 9.
