In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to consideration of the representation dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure-D) and to cancel the Pada and further directing the Khata to be made in favour of the petitioner. 3. The learned AGA submitted that since an entry has been made in the revenue records indicating that the Pada has been created, unless such entry is challenged by the petitioner before the competent authority, consideration of the representation does not arise. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27861 WP No. 27737 of 2023 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, on account of non-payment of the land revenue, the revenue authorities have made an entry as Pada in the RTC extracts. 5. In that view of the matter, unless the order of the revenue authorities is challenged by the petitioner herein before the competent Forum, direction to the respondent herein to consider Annexure-D does not arise. 6. Reserving liberty to the petitioner if so advised, as stated above, no interference of this Court is called for in this writ petition. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
