(Oral) By way of the present petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief :- i. That the respondent No.1 may kindly be directed to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner i.e. Revenue Appeal No.22 of 2019, titled as Yashpal Bansal Vs. Rajinder Singh, which is pending for the last 5 years to be decided within a period of three months, in the interest of justice.” 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. In para 9-B of the petition, it has been pleaded by the petitioner that the private respondent, in this case, has not been served till 4.11.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy the judicial conscience of this Court, as to how the relief, as prayed for, in this petition, can be granted to the petitioner, when, the respondent is not served till 5.12.2024, then how there is delay in disposal of the appeal.
3. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed, being not maintainable. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
