The petitioners in CRL.M.C. 7646/2025 are the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of respondent No. 2, whereas the petitioners in CRL.M.C. 7661/2025 are the husband and father-in-law of respondent No. 2. 2. Although the application in CRL.M.C. 7661/2025 is not yet numbered, a copy of the application has been handed over in Court, and is taken on record with the consent of learned counsel for the parties. The Registry is directed to number the same. 3. It is stated in the applications that the parties have settled their disputes. The petitioners, therefore, seek permission to withdraw these petitions, which seek quashing on merits, with liberty to file afresh, based on the settlement. 4. The applications are allowed.
