Learned counsel for respondent submits that on earlier occasions, petitioner had been called upon to explain its stand but had not responded to various communications.

Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed, facts and circumstances but without expressing any opinion on the merits of matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to competent authority to consider representation dated 15.07.2025 (Annexure P-15) submitted by petitioner in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing.
