By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records of the selection/recruitment process for the post of Staff Nurse from Govt,, Medical College Kanker for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to issue an appropriate writ commanding and directing the respondent No. 5 to fillip all 24 post of Staff Nurse of OBC Category: from the merit select list. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the press release dated 14.07.2023 wherein a fresh candidates were called for documents verification for the Vacant post of Staff Nurse has been issued. (Annexure P-1). 3 10.4. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to fillup the vacant posts of Staff Nurse from the waiting list issued on 17.05.2023 amended on 19.05.2023. 10.5 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representations dated 19.07.2023 filed by the petitioners. 10.6 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this case. He further submits that he has not been given any instruction. 3.
