This writ petition has been filed for quashing the FIR dated 10.4.2025 bearing Case Crime no. 63 of 2025, under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Haliya, District Mirzapur. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Krishna Shukla holding brief of Sri Ishan Deo Giri, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and learned AGA for the State. The allegation in the FIR is that the petitioners are beneficiary of sale deed executed in their favour by an imposter. Learned AGA informed that the police is investigating the matter. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off with observation that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners in the aforesaid case crime.
