GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners seeking the following relief: “...... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the Respondents 2 and 3 in calling the Petitioners to their police station and threatening them to implicate in Criminal cases without there being any lawful complaint against the Petitioners is nothing but arbitrary, unreasonable, unlawful and against to the Fundamental Rights of the Petitioners under Article 21 of the Constitution of India by further consequently to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 not to call the Petitioners to their police station, except under due process of law, and pass such ...” At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State, on instructions would submit that basing on the complaint received in SPANDANA programme, Petitioners were called to the Police station and that respondent Police never interfered in the disputes of the Petitioners and unofficial respondents and would submit that necessary orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
