Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to apply for a license for his Arms as and when required. 4 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to apply for a license for his arms as and when required. No costs.
