Learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition after noticing the fact that the claim in respect of appointment on the post of constable was raised in the year 2025 pursuant to recruitment exercise initiated in 2015. A prayer is made to adjourn the matter on the ground that the petitioner Sri Kuldeep Kumar has suffered a fracture. Three counsels have signed the memo of appeal but none of them are present to argue the case. Reason assigned for dismissal of writ, as noticed by learned Single Judge is not disputed. In that view of the matter, we do not find any occasion to interfere in the appeal nor there is any good ground to adjourn the matter. Even otherwise filing of the writ in 2025 in respect to recruitment exercise of the year 2015 suffers from unexplained latches. Consequently, this special appeal is dismissed.
