The instant bail application was filed on 12.10.2023 and the matter was adjourned at the request of counsel for the applicant on 30.11.2023, 14.12.2023, 20.9.2024 and 19.3.2025. None was present on behalf of the applicant to press it on 30.1.2024, 1.7.2025, 23.7.2025 and so is the case today. There are three counsels appearing on behalf of applicant, but none of them is present today. 3. This Court had called for the status of trial from the concerned Trial Court. As per the said status report dated 11.08.2025, three witnesses have been examined. 4. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
