ORDER:
The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.16, 17, 18 & 22, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against him in C.C.No.03 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Judge under Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act cum Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 403, 406, 120(B) r/w 34 of IPC & Section 5 of A.P., Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999 & Sections 4, 5 & 6 of Prize Chits and Money circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.
2. Heard Sri Shaik Javvad Ur Rahaman, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners by dispensing the presence of the petitioners before the Trial Court.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners. However, the presence of the petitioners/Accused Nos.16, 17, 18 & 22 before the Trial Court is dispensed with, unless their presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.
